Ever wonder what 3,000 pounds of tile looks like?

We picked up half of the tile yesterday afternoon... turns out approximately 700 sq. feet of tile = 3,000 pounds (or 1.5 tons)!

Thanks to the muscle-men (& women!) who did the work of getting it into the church and clearing the floors that are being tiled as I type this (Rick, James, Nate, & myself)!
We'll be picking up the second half tomorrow.

Painting Party TONIGHT!

If anyone is available to help out tonight, it would be great to see you at the church. We'll be painting the main hall--ceiling and trim. If there's time we can start on the walls as well.

These colors are gorgeous. From morning to night it's like you're walking into a different version of the same beautiful building:) Not only is it refreshing to walk into a beautifully painted building, but it is also amazing how the colors change in different lighting. Thanks everyone for your hard work!
